نمایشگاه اتاق قرمز

زیرزمین دستان برگزاری نمایشگاه برادران قاسمی با عنوان «اتاق قرمز» را اعلام می‌کند. این نمایشگاه در روز یازدهم تیر ۱۳۹۵ افتتاح و تا بیست‌وششم این ماه ادامه خواهد داشت. آثار برادران قاسمی تاکنون در چندین نمایشگاه گروهی و انفرادی در دستان نمایش داده شده است.
این نمایشگاه، همانند پروژه‌ی مشترک مملی شفاهی و میمی امینی، بخشی از پروژه‌های گروهی دستان در سال جدید است. پس از همکاری این سه برادر در پروژه‌ی «سنترفولد» رضا آرامش، آن‌ها تصمیم به اجرای این نمایشگاه به‌صورت پروژه‌ای مشترک در دستان گرفتند. هریک از آثار با تجربه‌ای متفاوت شروع شد؛ گاهی اثری از یکی از برادران پایه‌ی کار قرار می‌گرفت و گاهی یک بوم سفید.
این سه برادر باهم در استودیویی در بندرانزلی یا در استودیوهای شخصی‌شان در تهران با رنگ، فرم و وجوه مختلف خلاقیت‌شان تجربه کرده‌اند، و آثار حاصل، در بسیاری از مواقع برای خودشان هم «غافلگیرکننده» بوده است.

Dastan's Basement is pleased to announce the opening of Ghasemi brothers' collaborative exhibition "Red Room" on July 1, 2016. The exhibition will be open for public viewing through July 16. The works of Ghasemi brothers have been featured in a number of solo and group shows at Dastan.
As part of Dastan's planning for a number of collaborative projects, including a project by Mamali Shafahi and Mimi Amini, this show by Ghasemi brothers features works that have been executed as a collective effort. Following a collaboration for Reza Aramesh's "Centrefold Project" where the trio worked on a single artwork together, the brothers decided to work on a series of collaborative works to be shown at Dastan. Each work started with a different experience, sometimes using artworks from one of the brothers as a base and sometimes starting with a more open blank canvas.
The trio worked both in a shared studio in Bandar Anzali and their personal spaces in Tehran and experimented with color, form and the very core aspects of their shared creativity, producing works that came as "unexpected surprises" for them.
